On behalf of all the children and families Boys Town serves, I hope your year is off to a healthy and positive start! As we move into the new year, we reflect on 2021 and what we accomplished. We are proud to share that we served more than 3,200 at-risk children and over 1,100 families, providing lifesaving and life-giving services.
Despite all the challenges 2021 brought our community, we stayed focused on what we do best, which is to always preserve family units and help build a positive home environment for children to thrive.
Last year we celebrated our 30th anniversary and more than 60,000 children's lives served. We are grateful to have you on our team so we can keep reaching out to more at-risk children and families. This year we are exploring the possibility of expanding the individual impact of our traditional services to a larger community impact through LIFT Together. LIFT Together with Boys TownSM is a school-based program that can address schools and communities' specific needs. This is accomplished by providing comprehensive solutions to some of the struggles being faced by schools and students. We are very excited about what the future holds for Boys Town South Florida and we wish you all a happy new year!
