401 Gives New Giving Record Day

Thank you for believing in our work

This year's 401 Gives event was absolutely phenomenal! We are deeply appreciative of the opportunity to have been part of such an exceptional occasion.

Boys Town supporters have once again shown up for us. $104,496 was raised to support the children and families of Boys Town New England. This is a site record and represents a 68.7% increase raised from last year’s record-setting year. Boys Town New England finished FIFTH out of 640 Rhode Island's non-profit organizations in money raised.

Director of Development Glenn Hofmann said “On behalf of Boys Town New England and I cannot begin to properly thank all the individuals and businesses who chose to invest in our programming as part of the annual 401 Gives Campaign. These continue to be very challenging economic times and yet for the fourth year in a row we were able to set a site record. While we set a goal of $100,000, for us collectively to achieve this is truly remarkable. The efforts of our Board, Development Committee, and staff along with the dedication of everyone who works at Boys Town New England and supports us is truly breathtaking. Most importantly every dollar raised will impact the boys, girls, and families with whom we work.”
