Boys Town New England announced today that New England Patriots Rookie Offensive Tackle, Caedan Wallace will be supporting the organization in this year’s My Cause My Cleats campaign. Now in its ninth season, My Cause My Cleats celebrates the positive impact players make in communities across the world by highlighting relevant issues and causes on specially designed cleats throughout games during Weeks 13 and 14 of the NFL season.
Players and staff with the New England Patriots participating in My Cause My Cleats will be debuting their custom-designed cleats on December 1 when the Patriots take on the Indianapolis Colts at home. Wallace’s unique cleats were crafted by students from Boys Town High School’s art class at Boys Town headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, bringing Boys Town’s mission to life through their creativity. This collaboration embodies Boys Town’s dedication to involving youth in impactful projects, giving them a platform to reach and inspire fans across the country.
“We’re thrilled to have Caedan Wallace standing with Boys Town New England in this year’s ‘My Cause My Cleats’ campaign,” said Sarah Galvan, Executive Director of Boys Town New England. “With a rich history in New England, Boys Town is proud to team up with another storied organization, the Patriots, to highlight our mission. The cleats, designed by our Boys Town High School students, reflect our commitment to giving at-risk youth a safe, supportive space and to empowering families to build brighter futures. Partnering with Caedan and the Patriots helps us bring our story of hope and resilience to a wider community.”
Selected by the Patriots in the 2024 NFL Draft, Wallace has quickly made a name for himself in New England–known for his dedication, resilience, and impressive performance on the field. A former All-American standout at Penn State, Wallace has continually demonstrated his commitment to community and service off the field. Partnering with Boys Town New England allows him to give back in a meaningful way, supporting an organization that empowers youth through family-centered care, education, and advocacy.
“Growing up with supportive parents and a close-knit family taught me the power of having people who believe in you, and Boys Town New England gives that kind of support to kids who need it most. Youth empowerment has always been important to me, so choosing to collaborate with Boys Town was an easy decision,” said Caedan Wallace. “It’s been inspiring to work with the students who designed these cleats, and I’m proud to raise awareness for an organization that helps young people build better futures.”
The custom cleats will be unveiled at a special community event with Wallace later this month, hosted by Boys Town New England. The event will be open to the media, updates to follow.
