Once again, Boys Town New England was fortunate to partner with several local businesses who helped bring the spirit of the holidays to boys, girls, and families in the Boys Town community. For the 28th consecutive year, Pare Corporation employees purchased gifts for Boys Town foster children in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
The Viking Riders motorcycle club again made an entrance onto the Bazarsky Portsmouth campus that always brings chills to our Family Home residents. The club, made up of 60 men and women, delivered gifts for each of the boys and girls in the program.
“The support we receive throughout the year and in particular around the holidays is truly remarkable,” Glenn Hofmann, Boys Town Development Director, said. “Due to the support of area businesses and our donors, Boys Town boys, girls, and families will have a wonderful Christmas.”
Boys Town also received generous donations from several other organizations, including the employees from Raise the Bar Nutrition. In addition, the annual “Adopt A Child” campaign surpassed its goal of raising $12,000 to be used for gifts for all of the boys and girls within the Boys Town New England family. A special thanks to all of the donors who again participated in this initiative.
