Meet Shelly, one of our Family Visitation Specialists who joined Boys Town in August 2023! Shelly supervises family interactions to ensure children are able to safely maintain connections with their family. She excels at maintaining good rapport with the families she works with.

1. She is terrified to fly, but still does it as often as possible.
2. She goes through phases of being vegan.
3. She is ridiculously competitive.
Shelly says what she enjoys most about her work is, “The fact that I can make a difference in some small way. I get to be a support in the life of someone who needs me at this time and get to learn from them and grow as a person.”
