Meet Justine! She is one of our “Intake and Compliance” specialists.
Justine is hard working, supportive, funny and kind. She has been with our Boys Town Iowa team since November 16, 2017. She has shown her ability to grow into new programs and systems, including the large undertaking of learning the new billing system. Justine shows strength in supporting her team, coming up with new ideas to streamline processes, and ensuring we are providing quality services.
Some fun facts about Justine:
- “I spend almost all of my summer weekends camping at our permanent campsite in Yankton.”
- “I have one son and a baby girl due at the end of October.”
- “Most of my free time is spent crafting and working on projects around my house.”
Justine says what she enjoys most about her work is, “I love working with my co-workers. They make it enjoyable to wake up and come to work every day. My team is close and supportive even though we are spread all over Iowa. They are always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
“Also, I must brag up my boss, Daniel harder, who is the most encouraging, caring, understanding and flexible person I have ever had. I could not do my job without him. I have never felt more supported in any other job. I love watching from behind the scenes and hearing all the success stories from cases we serve. It has been a true blessing working here over the last seven years.”
