Meet Bruce, one of our Family-Centered Services Supervisors and Boys Town Iowa’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ambassador! Bruce oversees In-Home Family Services and has been with Boys Town since 2016. Bruce shows strength in his compassion and integrity. He leads by example when it comes to carrying out the mission.
Some fun facts about Bruce:
1. Top 5 movies are (in order): The Shawshank Redemption, Interstellar, Saving Private Ryan, Pulp Fiction, Goodfellas.
2. Growing up his grandmother would take him antiquing, and he still enjoys it to this day.
3. He’s been cavity free since 1993!
Bruce says what he enjoys most about working at Boys Town is, “Since day one, Boys Town has felt like home to me. I enjoy the friendships I’ve built with my co-workers, and the impact our services make in the lives of children and families is something I feel proud to be a part of.”
