Happy 2024!
As we step into the first quarter, let’s talk about the magic of small habits and resolutions. Resolutions often mark the beginning of a year, and at their core, they are about forming habits. This year, we've ignited a spark within our leadership team, focusing on creating daily habits that promote positive change. Change for our team, change for our system, and ultimately change for children and families.
As we embark on the first months of the year, I'm struck by the incredible power of teamwork. Reflecting on the last year, together, we served nearly 1,000 children and families. Boys Town provided Common Sense Parenting to 332 parents, supported 331 children and young adults through our Behavioral Clinic, and served 99 children in our Intervention and Assessment Program. Additionally, our Family Home Program cared and supported 35 foster youth. This collective impact is nothing short of incredible! It’s a testament to the dedication and collaboration within our team. Thank you to each of you for also being a vital part of our mission!
Our goals for 2024 include strategic growth to meet emerging needs of our community, creating opportunities for our youth to explore diverse career paths and strong focus on retaining our dedicated and committed staff members. We know with these goals we will be able to serve even more youth!
