Central Florida Tree Lighting 2024

Celebrating the 38th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting & Festival at Boys Town Central Florida

This year’s Christmas Tree Lighting & Festival marked the 38th time our Boys Town Central Florida family and community came together to celebrate this cherished holiday tradition. This event stands as a testament to the power of community, dedication and the holiday spirit.

With an incredible turnout -- double that of last year -- the addition of the Giving Tree helped our campus raise an impressive $50,000. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Bill Miller and Mr. and Mrs. Mackley for their generous contributions of $5,000 each. With potential matching funds, their donations alone raised $20,000.

Of course, this beloved tradition would not be possible without the unwavering support of our local partners and sponsors. Their generosity and commitment to Boys Town Central Florida’s mission make it possible for us to bring joy to the youth and families we serve year after year.
