Teaching Beyond Textbooks

Join Us on Our Life-Changing Mission

At Boys Town, we know that education can change lives as our more than 100-year legacy of educating youth has proved that time and again. Our goal has always been to provide kids with the best education possible to ensure that they can successfully move forward and lead productive lives. Boys Town teachers don’t just make a living, they make a difference!

Our goal has always been to provide kids with the best education possible to ensure that they can successfully move forward and lead productive lives. Boys Town is proud to provide this opportunity to students at our Day School in Duncan, Neb., and Omaha, Neb., as well as our Education Center on Boys Town’s campus.

New Education Center

Our state-of-the-art Education Center is not only fun and functional, it also is equipped with the latest in teaching technology and innovative security. We value our teachers and are proud to offer them:

  • Small classrooms of 10 to 12 students from age 10 to 18
  • Small group and 1:1 paraprofessional support
  • Wraparound services and use of the Boys Town Behavior Model
  • Professional development opportunities

The opportunity to have a truly positive impact in the lives of young people by teaching appropriate social, academic and independent living skills.

Outside of this Education Center, Boys Town provides unparallel support to our staff in our Day School program, keeping class sizes small and resources available.

We invite you to join us on our journey to change the lives of children through education.

Christine Kluender – Instructional Coach

I absolutely love working at Boys Town. Ever since my first day, the staff at all levels have been so welcoming and to really be a part of Father Flangan’s mission has been really, really rewarding for me.
