Employee Resource Groups

ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups who aim to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. At Boys Town, ERGs exist to:​​​​​​​

  • Increase employee engagement
  • Support employee recruitment and retention
  • Provide employees with personal and professional development opportunities
  • Create a safe space where employees can bring their authentic selves to work
Asian and Pacific American Connection (APAC)
A diverse group of individuals from the Asian continent, the islands of the Pacific and allies to educate the Boys Town community by sharing their journeys to become American citizens and to promote an understanding of each other’s unique cultures.

is an inclusive group for employees with the purpose of praying for the Boys Town mission, our employees and the patients, youth and families we serve.

provides an opportunity for Black employees and allies to participate in professional development, along with social and community service opportunities, that allow for authenticity.

helps employees striving to be leaders, to meet and network, receive professional development opportunities related to leadership, and to give back to the community.

Employee Advocacy and Resource Network
Strives to raise awareness and promote education around disability-related issues, as well as foster a deeper understanding around our colleagues. They aim to debunk myths, challenge stereotypes and promote a culture of empathy, respect and inclusion
LOUD Logo
Latinx Organization Understanding Diversity
exists to provide a safe space for Latinx employees and allies to discuss issues facing the Latinx populations in the workplace, at home and in the community. LOUD members also receive development opportunities for growth.
PACT Logo
Parents and Caregivers Together
brings together employees balancing work with caring for children and/or aging parents. PACT provides resources to assist one another in managing work, family and caregiving responsibilities, along with providing family-friendly networking activities
PRISM LGBTQ+ Logo
Prism
helps employees by providing resources such as LGBTQ+-friendly healthcare, mental health and other services and works to ensure that Boys Town is inclusive for patients, youth, families and all employees.

supports veterans and enlisted military members by connecting them with essential resources tailored to their unique needs and fostering camaraderie through shared experiences and mutual goals.
